Uploaded Images: For services that accept image inputs (such as pet naming, plant naming, house naming, horse naming, vessel naming, and artist naming), you may upload photos of your subject. These images are processed by our AI providers solely to generate name suggestions and are not used for any other purpose.
Payment Records: We record VibeCoin transactions and billing history for operational purposes.
Device Information: We may collect basic browser type and IP address information for security and analytics.

To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
To generate AI-powered name suggestions based on your text or image input

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of sensitive data, secure database access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI API providers to generate name suggestions and analyze uploaded images. Your text inputs and uploaded images may be processed by these providers solely for the purpose of generating results. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and uploaded images are not used for training or retained by our AI providers beyond the processing request. When Google OAuth is implemented, limited profile information (email, name) will be shared with us by Google according to their privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. Here's how we use them:

Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and basic Service functionality. These cannot be disabled.
Advertising Cookies: When enabled, third-party ad networks (including Monetag and Adsterra) may place cookies on your device to serve relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. These cookies collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device identifiers.
Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how you interact with the Service, helping us improve the user experience.

These ad networks may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. We do not control their data collection practices. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the YourAdChoices program or by managing your Cookie Consent preferences on this site.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated name data is retained to provide you with access to your history. Uploaded images are temporarily processed to generate name suggestions and are not permanently stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Payment records are retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:
